Can I switch between monthly and annual plans (Upgrade or downgrade)?

At this time, switching between Monthly and Annual VIVERSE Plus plans is not supported directly.

If you'd like to change your plan, you'll need to:

  1. Cancel your current subscription.
  2. Wait for the current subscription period (or free trial) to end.
  3. Subscribe again and select your preferred plan.

This applies whether you are currently in a free trial, on a Monthly Plan, or on an Annual Plan.

Note: Canceling your current subscription will not immediately remove your benefits. Your VIVERSE Plus membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period or trial period.
