If you need to update the email address you use to sign in, follow the steps below:
- Visit the VIVERSE/HTC account website: account.htcvive.com
- Sign in using your current login credentials.
- Uner the LOGIN section, select the Login & Security tab
- Next to your current login email, click
to change your email address.
If You Don’t See the Option to Change Your Email
*If you do not see the option to change your email, it is likely because your VIVERSE account was created using a Steam or Google account login.
Social-login accounts (Steam/Google) don’t have a password stored with HTC, so the email cannot be edited until it is converted into a native HTC account.
Please contact the VIVERSE Support Team and request to have your HTC account disconnected from the linked Steam/Google login. Once the unlinking is completed, you will be able to set a password and update your email address.
