For NFTs or digital assets purchased with a credit card or redeemed with a code
NFTs and digital assets purchased using a credit card can be found on your account. Here’s how to access them:
- After purchasing an NFT or other asset, click Go to My assets.
You can also click your profile icon and then click My assets and go to the On my account tab.
- Click an NFT or other asset to view its details.
You can transfer your NFTs to your wallet. After transferring them to your wallet, your NFTs will be removed from the On my account tab. For details, see Transferring NFTs from your account to a wallet.
For NFTs purchased using cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency transactions are executed via smart contracts. NFTs are sent directly to the wallet address used to complete the transaction.
Here’s how to access NFTs purchased using a wallet:
- After purchasing an NFT, click Go to My assets.
You can also click your profile icon and then click My assets and go to the In my wallet tab.
- Click an NFT to view its details.
You can also use a mobile wallet app such as VIVE Wallet on your smartphone to view NFTs you've purchased. You can download and install VIVE Wallet from Google Play Store. For details, tap the Settings tab and then tap Help in the app.
Note: You can visit Etherscan or Polygonscan to verify ownership of your NFT collectibles on the blockchain.
