If you’ve successfully purchased a World on Market but it doesn’t show in VIVERSE, check the wallet or email account you used to sign in to VIVERSE.
- If you’ve purchased a World but didn’t transfer it to your wallet, sign in to VIVERSE using the same email address you used to sign in to Market.
- If you’ve purchased and transferred a World to your wallet, sign in to VIVERSE using the wallet that contains your World. See Signing in to VIVERSE to learn how to sign in to VIVERSE.
If you still can't see your World under WORLDS > Uncurated Worlds in wallet or Uncurated Worlds on my account, click the blockchain network drop-down menu. Make sure to select the blockchain network where the World is stored.
